HL-SJ101 is a fluorine-alkaline sintered flux. It has a basicity of approximately 1.8, appears as gray spherical particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). During welding, it provides stable arc combustion, easy slag removal, and aesthetically pleasing weld formation. The deposited metal has high low-temperature impact toughness. It can be used with both AC and DC power sources; when DC welding, the welding wire should be connected to the positive electrode.
