HL-SJ101G is a fluorine-alkaline sintered flux specially designed for spiral welded pipes. It has a basicity of 1.8, appears as light gray spherical particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). It features excellent welding process performance and high welding speed, stable arc combustion, easy slag removal, and aesthetically pleasing weld formation. Due to special manufacturing processes, it provides thorough metallurgical reactions during welding, resulting in clean deposited metal with high low-temperature impact toughness. It can be used with both AC and DC power sources; when DC welding, the welding wire should be connected to the positive electrode.
