HL-SJ102 is a fluorine-alkaline high-basicity sintered flux. It has a basicity of approximately 3.5, appears as spherical particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). It features excellent welding process performance, stable arc combustion, excellent slag removal performance in grooves, aesthetically pleasing weld formation, and deposited metal with high low-temperature impact toughness. It is suitable for DC welding with the welding wire connected to the positive electrode.
