HL-SJ101G is a silicon-calcium type neutral marine sintered flux. It has a basicity of approximately 1.0, appears as gray spherical particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). It features excellent welding process performance, stable arc combustion, easy slag removal, and aesthetically pleasing weld formation. The deposited metal has excellent low-temperature impact toughness. It can be used with both AC and DC power sources; when DC welding, the welding wire should be connected to the positive electrode.

HL-SJ301G is a silicon-calcium type sintered flux. It has a basicity of approximately 0.9, appears as spherical particles with a particle size of 1.3-0.18mm (14-40 mesh). It can be used with both AC and DC power sources; when DC welding, the welding wire should be connected to the positive electrode. It provides stable arc combustion, good slag removal properties, and aesthetically pleasing weld formation. It is particularly suitable for high-speed welding with strong resistance to porosity.
Due to the adoption of special production processes, the flux has good moisture resistance. The particles have good strength, meeting the requirements for normal transportation, storage, and recycling during welding. The flux has a low bulk density, resulting in less flux consumption during the welding process.
