HL-SJ501 is an aluminum-titanium type acidic sintered flux. It has a basicity of approximately 0.5-0.8, appears as spherical particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). It features excellent welding process performance, stable arc combustion, good slag removal properties, and aesthetically pleasing weld formation. The welding has strong resistance to porosity and is insensitive to small amounts of rust/high-temperature oxide films. It can be used with both AC and DC power sources; when DC welding, the welding wire should be connected to the positive electrode.
